Recommendation

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Take the following actions:

1) Authorize the Purchasing Director to re-bid the Provision of Ready-Mix Concrete; and

2) Further, authorize the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid is advertised.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Previous Commission action/date: 

05/03/2022 meeting: Authorized the Purchasing Director to place a competitive bid for the Provision of Ready-Mix Concrete for the Baldwin County Commission.

 

Background:  Bids were due to be opened on May 18,2022 at 1:30 PM in the Purchasing Conference Room.  No bids were received. Staff recommendation is to authorize the Purchasing Director to re-bid the Provision of Ready-Mix Concrete.
