Background: The Commission received a request from the Baldwin County Economic Development Alliance (BCEDA) on May 24, 2022, requesting for a letter of support to the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADECA) on behalf of BCEDA in support of the BCEDA’s grant application for Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Program which would provide installation and operation of electric vehicle charging stations in Baldwin County locations.
