Authorize the sale of the following Gas Pump from Budget and Purchasing Department by online auction on


One (1) Gas Pump - Make, Model and Serial Number are unknown.

Background:  The Budget and Purchasing Department has one (1) Gas Pump to be auctioned on  The gas pump was discovered at Foley Courthouse and was not properly disposed of at the time of replacement by contractor and had no identifying asset tag or serial number.  The gas pump is located at 1013 N Juniper Street, Foley, Alabama 36535.  The equipment is no longer in use and will be sold as is by online auction as defined by Baldwin County Commission Policy 8.8.
