STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Authorize the sale of the following three (3) vehicles from the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office to the Bonifay Police Department at 80 % of the asset’s fair market value as stated in Policy #8.8.:

2012 Chevy Tahoe-VIN #1GNLC2E05CR250995
2012 Chevy Tahoe-VIN #1GNLC2E06CR248463; and
2) Authorize the Chairman to execute the Fixed Asset Change Forms.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: BCSO received a letter from Chief Chris Wells, Bonifay Police Department, requesting to purchase any surplus vehicles the BCSO would like to sell. Chief Wells visited the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office Vehicle Maintenance Facility and viewed the surplus vehicles he would like to purchase.
