STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the request from the citizens of the Vaughn Community of Stockton, Alabama to use County Road 21, Bryant’s Landing Road and Vaughn Circle for their Annual Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 17, 2022, beginning at 1:00 p.m.; and
2) Authorize the Baldwin County Highway Department and Traffic Control Division to provide the necessary barricades for the event.
The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office will provide the necessary security for the event.

Background: Certificate of Liability Insurance forthcoming.
On November 18, 2022, Administration staff received a request from Mr. James Williams, Zion Fountain A.M.E. Zion Church, requesting approval to use County Road 21, Bryant’s Landing Road and Vaughn Circle, for the Annual Vaughn Community Christmas Parade on December 17, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. The parade will begin and conclude at Vaughn Elementary School.
