STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Take the following actions:

1) Authorize the donation of the following vehicle from the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) to Summerdale Fire Department:

                     2012 Chevy Tahoe - VIN #1GNLC2E08CR249887

 

2) Authorize the Chairman to execute the Fixed Asset Change Form.

Background:  BCSO received a letter from Deputy Fire Chief Michael A. Aaron, Summerdale Fire Department, requesting the donation of a surplus vehicle to be used to provide fire and emergency services in Summerdale’s jurisdiction.
