Recommendation
Approve License Agreement No. 22014 permitting Forrest M. Iles to place stone on unmaintained right-of-way on Cherokee Road. (The term of this agreement shall commence on the date of full execution. License for installation shall terminate at 11:59 p.m. on May 31, 2023. License for maintenance shall be indefinite according to the terms of the agreement or until modified by a written agreement with Licensor.)

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Forrest M. Iles desires to place stone approximately 20 feet x 130 feet on unmaintained right-of-way on Cherokee Road. Licensee will coordinate with fish and wildlife and any other permitting agencies as necessary. The licensee shall have the property surveyed and staked prior to performing any work thereon. All improvements constructed by the licensee shall be maintained by the licensee for any and all portions of the property that is not county maintained. Any further development shall not be allowed until a new agreement is obtained.
