Recommendation
Approve an extension to the Professional Services Agreement between the Baldwin County Commission and Prime Data, LLC for general programming and consulting services for an additional nine (9) months, from December 2022 to August 2023, at a total cost of $15,600.00.
($6,000.00 for December 2022, and a reduced rate of $1,200.00 for each subsequent month, not to exceed 36 months from the original effective date of November 2, 2021.)

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date: 05/03/2022 - The BCC approved an extension to the Professional Services Agreement between Prime Data, LLC and Baldwin County Commission (Baldwin County Revenue Commissioner) for general programming and consulting services related to the conversion from DELTA Computer Systems.
11/02/2021 - The BCC approved the Professional Services Agreement with Prime Data, LLC.
Background: The current Agreement with Prime Data, LLC expires on December 1, 2022. Revenue Commissioner Teddy J. Faust, Jr., is requesting the Commission extend this Agreement for an additional nine (9) months to ensure the conversion is properly fulfilled. The vendor has agreed to reduce the pricing to $1,200.00 beginning January 1, 2023.
