STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Agreement for Community Traffic Safety Program (CTSP) Grant Participation for the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office to participate in the Southwest Region’s Community Traffic Safety Program for reimbursement of overtime traffic safety enforcement (and other time as approved by Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADECA) and/or Southwest Alabama Regional Highway Safety Office (SWARHSO). The term of this contract will be October 1, 2022 through September 15, 2023.
Upon approval of grant(s), funding will be made available to the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office through CORE reporting system by SWARHSO as authorized by ADECA. This Agreement for CTSP Grant Participation is not a notice of grant approval but is required by the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office prior to receipt of CTSP grant funds if such become available.
