BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The County Commission wishes to proclaim the week of May 21-27, 2023, “Emergency Medical Services Week” in Baldwin County, Alabama, recognizing the members of emergency medical service teams, a vital public service, who provide lifesaving care to those in need 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Jeffrey Edwards, Interim Operations Manager, for Global Medical Response, South Alabama will be in attendance to accept the Proclamation, along with members of the Medstar EMS staff.
Previous Commission action/date: May 17, 2022 - The Baldwin County Commission during its regularly scheduled meeting held on May 17, 2022, proclaimed the week of May 15 - 21, 2022 as “Emergency Medical Services Week” in Baldwin County, Alabama
