Recommendation
Approve License Agreement No. 23001-Parks permitting Ty and Kathy Cobb c/o Baxter Mayfield to access county property to improve drainage and to utilize existing county right-of-way catch basin as a part of overall drainage plan at Sibley Street in Fairhope.
The terms of this agreement shall commence on May 2, 2023, and end on June 16, 2023. License for maintenance shall be indefinite according to the terms of the agreement or until modified by a written agreement with Licensor.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Ty and Kathy Cobb desire to improve drainage at 6941 Sibley Street, Fairhope, Alabama 36532. They would like to access county property to improve drainage to noted residential property, utilizing county property as a part of noted drainage improvements and to utilize existing county right-of-way catch basin as a part of overall drainage plan for noted residential property. Work to be performed by contractor Baxter Mayfield. All improvements constructed by the licensee shall be maintained by the licensee for any and all portions of the property that is not county maintained. Any further development shall not be allowed until a new agreement is obtained.
