STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve a Reimbursable Utility Agreement between the Baldwin County Commission and the City of Loxley for the relocation of utilities to complete the culvert replacement on County Road 55 - 293 feet south of Lakeway Drive (Report #6826).
The total cost of this relocation is $60,735.00 with the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) providing $48,588.00 (80%) and Baldwin County providing the remaining $12,147.00 (20%). (This agreement shall be effective upon full execution and will terminate upon completion of the project.)

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The County Road 55 project is a Hurricane Sally Permanent Repair site. This agreement lays out the funding responsibilities and terms for the utility relocation phase of the project.
