BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on April 19, 2023, at 1:30 P.M. Four (4) bids were received. Staff recommends the Commission award the bid for the Re-roofing of the Baldwin County Probation Office Building located at the Fairhope Satellite Courthouse to the lowest bidder, Amerson Roofing, Inc., per the attached Award Listing and Chairman execute the contract. Bid Tabulation attached for review. This project will be funded from Building Maintenance budget 10051995.52310.
Previous Commission action/date:
03/21/2023 Meeting: Approved the specifications and authorized the Purchasing Director to place a competitive bid for the Re-roofing of the Baldwin County Probation Office Building located at the Fairhope Satellite Courthouse; and further, authorized the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid was advertised.
