Recommendation
Approve the issuance of 020 - Restaurant Retail Liquor license by the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board to YINZERS LLC d/b/a Y PIZZA, located at 10748 County Road 64 Ste 1, Daphne, Alabama 36526.
Approval is contingent upon applicant obtaining a health department permit and an updated business license.

Background: The health department permit and business license has not been issued due to interior construction that the applicant expects to be completed by May 25, 2023.
Staff has verified all sales tax requirements have been satisfied, the proposed use is allowed, and the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office does not oppose the issuance of the license.
