Award Bid #WG23-23A to Floyds Exhaust & Performance, for the Provision of Police Vehicle Accessories - Group #1 as per the award listing.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on April 27, 2023, at 1:30 P.M.  Two (2) bids were received. Staff recommends the Commission award the bid to Floyds Exhaust & Performance, for the provision of police vehicle accessories - Group #1.  Award Listing and Bid Tabulation attached for review.

 

Previous Commission action/date: 

04/04/2023 Meeting:  Awarded the bid for Group #2, to ProLogic ITS, LLC, for the Provision of Police Vehicle Accessories per the Award Listing; and authorized the Purchasing Director to re-bid WG23-23 - Provision of Police Vehicle Accessories - Group #1 and further, authorized the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid was advertised.

02/24/2023 Meeting:  Approved the specifications and authorized the Purchasing Director to place a competitive bid for the Provision of Police Vehicle Accessories; and further, authorized the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid was advertised.
