Adopt Resolution #2023-099, which approves Case No. Z23-5 Strack Property, as it pertains to the rezoning of 2.64 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 37, from RSF-1 Single Family District to B-2 Neighborhood Business District.

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned RSF-1, Single Family District, and is residential and commercial.  The adjoining properties are residential.  The applicant is asking for B-2 to allow for continued use as commercial.

 

The Planning Commission recommended approval at their April 6, 2023, meeting.
