Recommendation
Adopt the following Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) county license fees for Fiscal Year 2024 - 2025, and authorize the Chairman to execute the attached ABC forms adopting the following county license fees:

04/05/2022 - The BCC approved FY22 - 23 fees.
07/05/2022 - The BCC approved two additional fees.
03/07/2023 - The BCC approved FY23 - 24 fees.
Background: The Baldwin County Commission annually adopts a levy for county alcoholic beverage license fees for the upcoming fiscal year. The State ABC Board collects these fees and remits them to the County. The fees are deposited into the General Fund. Prior year amounts are as follows:

In Fiscal Year 2019 - 2020, the County increased 050 - Retail Beer (off Premises Only) by $25.00, bringing the fee to $75.00. The remaining licenses not restricted by law were increased by 10%. In Fiscal Year 2022 - 2023, the County approved 8 new license fees.
