Background: Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on March 15, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. Two (2) bids were received. Staff recommendation is to award Ennis-Flint, Inc., for Pavement Markers category and Gulf Material Sales, LLC, for Bituminous Adhesive category for the provision of pavement markers and bituminous adhesive as per the attached award listings.
