STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the termination of Subscription Agreement for Spreadsheet Server Support between the Baldwin County Commission and Insightsoftware, LLC, approved during the August 1, 2023, Baldwin County Commission Regular Meeting (Agenda Item CH1); and
2) Notify Insightsoftware, LLC, with the required written notification of termination as stated in the Agreement, said termination effective May 2, 2024.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Christie Bezoari, Accounting Manager, requests the Subscription Agreement for Spreadsheet Server Support to be terminated due to Budget & Purchasing and Highway no longer using the services.
Previous Commission action/date: August 1, 2023 - The BCC approved the Subscription Agreement for Spreadsheet Server Support with Insightsoftware, LLC.
