Background: Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on March 20, 2024, at 1:30 P.M. Three (3) bids were received. No bids were received for the Articulating Concrete Block Mats. Highway staff recommendation is to not re-bid this category at this time. Staff recommendation is to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidders, Cleverdon Farms, Inc., Evans and Company, Inc., and Helena Agri Enterprises, LLC, for the Provision of Erosion Control Materials as per the attached Award Listings.
