STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve termination of the Computer Software Support Agreement and Addendum between the Baldwin County Commission and Delta Computer Systems, Inc., for Probate Office computer software, approved during the August 1, 2023, Baldwin County Commission Regular Meeting (Agenda Item CJ3); and
2) Notify Delta Computer Systems, Inc., with the required written notification of termination as stated in the Agreement, said termination effective July 1, 2024.

Background: Harry D’Olive, Probate Judge, requests the Agreement and Addendum with Delta Computer Systems, Inc., to be terminated due to transitioning to a new vendor.
