STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Take the following actions:

1) Approve the promotion of Regina Pettis from the Personal Property Appraiser Trainee position (#5333) grade 308 ($18.00 per hour / $37,440.00 annually) to fill the open Personal Property Appraiser I position (#5741) at a grade 309 ($19.44 per hour / $40,435.20 annually); and

2) Approve the promotion of Melissa Palmer from the Mapper II position (#5347) grade 310 ($24.79 per hour / $51,563.20 annually) to fill the open Mapping Supervisor position (#183) at a grade 314 ($26.77 per hour / $55,681.60 annually); and

3) Approve the employment of Cullen Holobaugh to fill the open Real Property Appraiser Trainee position (#5332) grade 309 ($18.64 per hour / $38,771.20 annually); and

4) Approve the employment of Nathan Henderson to fill the open Real Property Appraiser Trainee position (#5300) grade 309 ($18.64 per hour / $38,771.20 annually); and

5) Approve an adjustment in pay for Ryan Forristel, Real Property Appraiser I, grade 310 ($25.61 per hour / $53,268.80 annually) to grade 310 ($26.12 per hour / $54,329.60 annually); and

6) Reclassify the full-time Imaging Specialist I position (#5328) to a part-time Imaging Specialist I; and

7) Approve the updated organizational chart for the Revenue Commission (Mapping Division).

These actions shall be effective no sooner than April 8, 2024.

Background:  The Revenue positions were vacated by the promotion/resignation of the previous employees. The Revenue Commissioner respectfully requests that the above recommendations are approved.
