Adopt Resolution #2024-093, which approves Case No. Z24-04 Lewis Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 5 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 22, from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to B-3, General Business District.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and is located on the south side of US Highway 98 and west of County Road 97 in Elberta. The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 5 acres from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to B-3, General Business District, for the purpose of a golf driving range.

 

The Planning Commission recommended APPROVAL at their March 7, 2024, meeting.
