STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve the request from Perdido Vineyards to use County Roads 39, 47, and 138, for the Perdido Vineyards Dice Run benefit motorcycle ride on April 20, 2024, beginning at 10:30 a.m. and ending at approximately 2:00 p.m.
Approval is contingent upon event organizer providing the County with a Certificate of Liability Insurance that meets County requirements prior to the event taking place.
The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office will provide the necessary security for the event.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Certificate of Liability Insurance forthcoming from event organizer. Staff received correspondence from Ms. Theresa Grundman of Perdido Vineyards on March 11, 2024, regarding a benefit motorcycle ride for Chaplain Mel Hacker with the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office.
