STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve License Agreement #24010 permitting Baldwin County Sewer Service, LLC, c/o Richie Barnett to install a 2-inch sewer force main and a 1.5-inch service on unmaintained right-of-way on the east side of Kee Avenue in Lillian. The term of this agreement shall commence on the date of full execution. License for installation shall terminate at 11:59 p.m. on October 15, 2024. License for maintenance shall be indefinite according to the terms of the agreement or until modified by a written agreement with Licensor; and
2) Authorize the County Engineer to execute Utility Permit #24075-S.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Baldwin County Sewer Service, LLC, c/o Richie Barnett desires to install 200 feet of 2-inch sewer force main on the east side of Kee Avenue on unmaintained right-of-way, and to install 1.5-inch residential sewer service to 13099 4th Street in Lillian. The licensee shall have the property surveyed and staked prior to performing any work thereon. All improvements constructed by the licensee shall be maintained by the licensee for any and all portions of the property that is not county maintained. Any further development shall not be allowed until a new agreement is obtained.
