Background: The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural, and is located in Planning District 32, at the southeast corner of County Road 95 and County Road 26. The applicant is asking that it be rezoned to RSF-1, Residential Single Family, to allow for a future single-family subdivision.
The Planning Commission recommended DENIAL at their March 7, 2024 meeting.
