Background: The subject property is currently zoned RV-2, Recreational Vehicle Park, and is located in Planning District 21, on the north side of County Road 26 and west of Grantham Road. The applicant is asking that it be rezoned to RR, Rural District, to allow for a future restaurant.
The Planning Commission recommended APPROVAL at their March 7, 2024, meeting.
