Recommendation that the Baldwin County Commission approve the following:

Resolution No. 2024-111:  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BALDWIN COUNTY, ALABAMA, TO JOIN THE STATE OF ALABAMA AND OTHER LOCAL GOVERNMENTS AS PARTICIPANTS IN CURRENT AND FUTURE OPIOID SETTLEMENTS

Background:  The County Commission of Baldwin County, Alabama, has participated in the National Opioid Litigation, and if approved, the Resolution would approve the

proposed settlement with Cardinal Health and Cencora and authorize the Chairman to execute any and all documents related to the settlement and allocation of funds.
