BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Older Americans Month is celebrated in May throughout the nation to acknowledge the accomplishments and contributions of older Americans.
The Baldwin County Council on Aging has asked the Baldwin County Commission to proclaim May 2025 as Older Americans Month in Baldwin County, Alabama, to pay tribute to the County’s senior citizens.
Kelly Childress, Council on Aging Coordinator, will be present to accept the proclamation.
