Background: Staff is presenting to the Commission for approval the final design of the new Baldwin County MacBride Landfill Modular Scale Office building. This was approved during the Fiscal Year 2021 budget. The Engineers estimated construction cost is $115,000.00 to $140,000.00. The Architect was selected from the Solid Waste On-call list.
