BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Previous Commission action/date: 10/01/2019
Background: The Commission approved payment to the ACCA related to the continuance of the workers’ compensation coverage for the Commission for the period October 1, 2019 to October 1, 2020; the payment was paid to the ACCA in the amount of $751,579.51. This represents an increase of $25,419.65 from the Fiscal Year 2019 premium contribution of $726,159.
